These Terms of Use govern your use of Coffee It - Caffeine Health, provided by Yuxiao Wang. By downloading, accessing, or using Coffee It, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Coffee It is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your license to use the App is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
These Terms apply in addition to Apple's Standard EULA. If there is a conflict regarding your licensed use of the App, Apple's Standard EULA will apply to the extent required by Apple's terms.
Coffee It helps you record caffeine intake, view caffeine-related trends, and understand possible relationships between caffeine habits and health signals such as sleep, heart rate, and HRV when available.
You are responsible for using the App lawfully and for keeping your device and Apple account secure.
Coffee It is intended for informational and personal tracking purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or professional healthcare recommendations.
Any insights, scores, trends, AI-generated explanations, or caffeine suggestions shown in the App are general informational outputs based on available data. They may be incomplete or inaccurate. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before making medical, dietary, sleep, or lifestyle decisions based on information from the App.
Coffee It may offer auto-renewable subscriptions under the Coffee It Membership.
Prices may vary by country or region and may include applicable taxes. The exact price, subscription period, trial eligibility, and billing terms shown in the App Store purchase sheet are authoritative.
Payment will be charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your Apple Account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
If you receive a free trial and then purchase a subscription, any unused portion of the trial may be forfeited where applicable.
Coffee It may continue to provide free features, such as caffeine recording, favorites, custom coffee lists, and limited statistics. Paid membership features may include longer-range statistics, AI analysis, expanded caffeine recognition, and advanced health-related insights.
We may change the availability or scope of free and paid features over time, subject to applicable law and App Store rules.
Your use of Coffee It is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Coffee It is designed around local-first caffeine and health analysis. Please review the Privacy Policy for details about data handling, Apple Health access, local storage, and related privacy practices.
If you choose to connect Apple Health, Coffee It may read or write selected health-related data only with your permission. Apple Health data availability depends on your device, permissions, settings, and available records.
The App may also open Apple services or external links, such as App Store subscription management, Apple's EULA, or our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for third-party services except as required by applicable law.
Coffee It, including its design, features, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer the App except as permitted by law or by Apple's Standard EULA.
You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, use it for unlawful purposes, or use it in a way that could harm other users, the App, or related services.
We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify users through the App, the App Store, or this page. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
Coffee It is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, health outcomes, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
